Key Usage Instructions
Intermittent operation requires this linear actuator to be driven by a brushed motor while also offering the performance advantage of high thrust. Due to the high load on the motor during high-thrust operation, heat accumulation is easily generated. To prevent overheating that shortens the motor's service life or causes failure, an intermittent downtime of at least 15 seconds must be maintained after each operation to provide sufficient cooling for the motor and ensure long-term stable operation.
Required Protective Devices: To ensure safe operation of the device and protect the core motor components from damage, a limit protector must be installed during operation. This protector is a core safety component, integrating the dual critical functions of overcurrent and overload protection. It monitors the equipment's operating status in real time and responds to abnormal operating conditions.

Description of the protection mechanism: When the electric actuator reaches its maximum travel limit or retracts to its minimum travel limit during operation, the limit protector immediately senses the end-of-travel signal and automatically triggers a shutdown command. Simultaneously, the protector reduces the operating current in the circuit to an extremely low level, eliminating the risk of motor overload caused by excessive travel. This effectively protects the motor windings and internal structure, preventing motor burnout or equipment damage caused by forced operation.
