Working environment?
Environmental conditions mainly have two directions: a. Waterproof and dustproof level, b. Working temperature.
a. Waterproof and dustproof level, which is what we often call IP level. The first number indicates dustproof; the second number indicates waterproof, and the larger the number, the better the protection level.
b. Ambient temperature
All measurement data are under the condition of ambient temperature of 20℃ and stable voltage, but due to different application scenarios or geographical locations, electric push rods may be used in some extreme ambient temperatures, as low as -20℃ and as high as 45℃. When making a selection, please be sure to consider temperature conditions.
c. Other working conditions
In addition, the push rod may also need to withstand the test of harsh environments such as bumps, impacts, chemical corrosion, overpressure, etc., so if you can describe the actual working conditions of the product in detail to the manufacturer, this will largely avoid product failures due to improper selection.

Installation method?
First, measure the installation location to ensure that there is enough space to install the push rod. We can provide 3D drawings, and then select product configurations based on your initial ideas for the product. Finally, the drawing format you need, such as PDF plan or stp three-dimensional drawing, is really convenient for engineers.
The above are the core steps for selecting electric actuators. Of course, the application scenarios of actuators vary greatly. There are universal selection rules and some specially customized parts for certain application scenarios. It is still necessary to communicate more with the manufacturer, combine the product characteristics of the actuator with the operating conditions of the customer's equipment, and make comprehensive considerations.
